How to register and become member of SPWLA France ?
To become member of SPWLA France chapter , you have to register on SPWLA Website : https://www.spwla.org/SPWLA/Membership/Join_Now/Become_a_Member.aspx?
and select the “SPWLA France (SAID)” chapter.

There are, basically, four types of membership with different benefits , listed here below and in the quarterly information letter
- Affiliate member: This type of membership which is free will allow you to attend the SPWLA France events, even via a web link. No right to vote or to run for election. Do not hesitate to register.
- Student member: reduced fee (US$ 0.01) (during promotional time) Sponsored by BHGE , with full benefits except voting.
- Professional member (for members of country of Group 1) : fee = US$ 100. Full benefits (see list here below )
- Professional Group II member: reduced fee (US$ 40) for members of country of Group 2 . Full benefits

- MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS (does not apply to Affiliate Chapter Member)
- -Chapter Monthly meetings in your region or any of our SPWLA Chapters and SIGs.
- -Online digital copies of The SPWLA Today Newsletter.-Online digital copies of Petrophysics Journal. (printed copies available for purchase)
- Discount registration fees to our Spring and Fall Topical Conferences.
- -Discount registration fees to our Annual Symposium.
- -Discount registration fees to our On-site Training Center in Houston.
- -Eligibility to serve on the International Board of Directors. (excluding student membership)
- -Online Technical papers. (Member fee $1 download charge per paper – unlimited).
- -Free Technical Presentation monthly webinars.
- -Free Industry Leader recorded video’s. (under resources tab on website)
In order to have right to vote to the next SPWLA France board election in 2022 and be candidate to the Conseil d’Administration, the SPWLA France Chapter board strongly recommends you to adhere as Professional member. After having created your account, choose the chapter : “SPWLA France (SAID)” and pay the membership fee .
No extra fee will be asked by SPWLA France chapter.
We need your support and we are sure you will enjoy taking part to the life of our association.
